Program to promote respectful, serendipitous meet-cutes across NYC.

The DPMRIP encourages respectful, spontaneous connections between residents and service workers, with training in non‑verbal cues, consent, and graceful disengagement.

Participants receive incentives and subtle uniform touches; residents can opt‑in and choose engagement tiers from “Friendly Chat” to “Slightly Flirtatious.”

Early feedback highlights rediscovering simple, face‑to‑face interactions. The program may expand to other professions in 2025.
